Individual counseling/coaching/mentoring sessions
by phone or online video conferencing (Skype, Facetime, etc)

I help people discover their inner wisdom, their own path of heart. I specialize in supporting social and environmental activists, as well as people struggling with feelings of despair and helplessness in the face of political, social, and environmental crises.  For white folks, this can include coming to terms with white privilege, white supremacy, and systemic racism in today’s world.

I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs and preferences, beginning with deep empathetic listening, and drawing on other methods as needed:

  • guided imagery
  • inner dialogue
  • journaling
  • role-playing
  • art and movement
  • conversations with a Wise Being

We work together as colleagues in the service of your growth, calling upon intuition, imagination, emotions, and thoughtful reflection.

I welcome the opportunity to converse with you by phone or email to answer your questions and get acquainted in advance of formal work.  I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation.

How often?
People usually schedule phone sessions once a week to once a month, to allow time for reflection and integration. E-mail sessions occur as often as a client has material to share. In the case of someone traveling to Mount Shasta to work with me in person, sessions may occur once or even twice a day for a few days.

My Fee
My fee is $95 per hour for phone and in-person sessions.  I pro-rate email sessions according to the time it takes me to read and respond to your material.  You may pay in advance by check or use your credit card via PayPal on-line.
